Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
All orders from ChaosCollectibles.com will ship with a $5.99 flat rate shipping fee. This is to offset paypal and shipping costs. International rates vary depending on the destination, options will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that certain shipping options may incur import and/or international customs brokers duties. Customer may still be responsible for additional shipping fees at time of delivery depending upon destination country import laws. For international orders, please allow an additional 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.

Details on Transaction:
Payment must be cleared with no holds via Paypal.com before the product will be shipped. We are not responsible for any merchandise, damage, lost, stolen or broken. If you would like insurance on any items please let us know and we will contact you with the additional insurance cost.

Returns:
Unopened products may be returned within thirty days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs involved in the return transaction. Once we have received the product(s) a refund or store credit will be processed.

Notes on Singles:

We do not pretend to be professional graders. We only sell unplayed / unused singles, if you would like any additional information regarding individual cards please contact us. Upon purchase of single Chaotic Cards, we will be more than happy to provide the code via email. Please note that all orders of Chaotic singles are final once the order has shipped. This is because we cannot guarantee that the code has not been used or copied for further use.
