Shipping & Returns

Shipping:
We guarantee to have your order processed and shipped within 24 hours. Free USPS shipping is available for all orders to the United States and its territories. Orders over $30 or containing a starter set will ship via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day). Smaller orders will ship via First Class Mail (2-5 day). International rates vary depending on the destination, options will be provided during the checkout process. Please note that certain shipping options may incur import and/or international customs brokers duties. Customer may still be responsible for additional shipping fees at time of delivery depending upon destination country import laws.

Details on Transaction:
Payment must be cleared with no holds via Paypal.com before the product will be shipped. We are not responsible for any merchandise, damage, lost, stolen or broken. If you would like insurance on any items please let us know and we will contact you with the additional insurance cost.

Returns:
Unopened products may be returned within thirty days for a full refund. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs involved in the return transaction. Once we have received the product(s) a refund or store credit will be processed.

Notes on Singles:

We do not pretend to be professional graders. We only sell unplayed / unused singles, if you would like any additional information regarding individual cards please contact us. Upon purchase of single Chaotic Cards, we will be more than happy to provide the code via email. Please note that all orders of Chaotic singles are final once the order has shipped. This is because we cannot guarantee that the code has not been used or copied for further use.
